Day of #cricket ahead. Banished to the computer in the spare room by @floatingsilver but #tms and #skyplayer nicely synchronised. #
Trying out #Willowtv to watch cricket. Much cheaper than #Sky and can still sync with #tms. Quality not as good as #skyplayer though. #
Thought #cricket nearly over- so planned to go for lunch w @floatingsilver. Suddenly v exciting. @floatingsilver making me a sandwich! #tms #

Just drove 20 miles to Lochmaddy without seeing a single other car. At ferry terminal now. Ferry has lights on but no other sign of life. #
Just had it confirmed that we’ll sail at 3.00. Not quite so windy now but still pretty blustery. #
Just one lorry got on to ferry. Now nothing’s happening! Why?? #
Hope they’re not having second thoughts about sailing! #
Yay! Finally on the ferry. I’m on deck, braving the wind and looking out to sea. @floatingsilver has wimped out & gone to find a seat #
Back on the mainland now. Just had an Olympic Breakfast at a Little Chef in Spean Bridge. #
Been up for 38 hours now after relief ferry crossing at 3 am. Determined to stay awake till normal bedtime. Don’t want ferrylag! #
